bad acne

hello i need help im on a cycle of deca of 400mg and sustain 500mg a week, its my third cycle but for some reason ive got really bad acne on my shoulders and back ive never got it off my last cycles.
is there anything better out there apart from acne cream that i can use to get rid of them as im going to thailand in a few weeks and would rather not have my back looking that bad
ive read on here sunbeds help but does it really

In addition to good skin hygiene use of a Retin-A solution can be helpful. It will initially cause some redness and peeling, but it's usually effective.

Sunbeds should also help.

I have the same trouble with acne on my upper back, shoulders and upper arms. I'm not keen on creams, lotions and pills but do use a sunbed regularly. Unfortunatly the sunbed idea doesn't work for me so I just put up with it.
