Default Super Fat Loss- My DNP Log

Starting my DNP cycle tomorrow. Its an OFF CYCLE and i've cleaned me system out of all supplements etc for the last month.

Whilst on this stuff i'll only be taking the following:
*Fish oil
*MultiV
*MRM Liver-x 1 capsule daily
*A local mix of juices. Its got like 15vegies+3fruits in it.

In addition i'll be eating lots more fruits eg grapes, oranges etc and vegetables eg tomatoes and drink lots of tea.juices etc ie stuff with high anti-oxidants. This is in addition to the anti-o's i'll be recieving within the DNP capsule itself and in the Liver-X capsules. Also Ill be trying to eat more Protein and try to keep carbs low.

During the last 3-4 days i've reduced my food intake and avoided Carbs as much as possible.

I'll be starting with a dose of 200mg(1 capsule) and seeing how things go. I will stop immediately if i notice anything serious.

Nights here now are bonderlining 10C/50sF and high of 18C/66F during day and its only getting colder eg by Saturday low 40s high of 58F.

Ok here we are, still alive

Day 2:

Last night me sleep was definately warmer. Felt as though I had a slight fever but it was fine as it was a cold night.

Today morning definately noticed a brighter yellower pee

Had a cap morning about 40mins ago And went to work at 10C on a bicycle felt fine and cosy. Not cold like i normally would.

This stuff is definately working, already my work colleagues are wondering whats wrong with me since its 15C and im not wearing anything in terms of insulation clothing eg jackets, jumpers etc but mearly a nike dry fast T shirt and im feeling warm LOL

So far its all sweet

Been wondering about couple of things though:

In the land of mordor's cousin where nothing makes sense- Fruit juices are cheaper than the actual fruits considerably. And supposedly 100% fruit juice too.
eg 1 single bunch of grapes size of your palm costs about $5 when the juice 1 liter costs $2.80 .

Would it do just fine swapping the fruit for its juices instead in terms of its nutritious and anti-o values? eg Grape juice, orange juice etc ?

Also at work they drink bucket loads of mugicha (barley tea drunk cold). Whats the anti-o values in this stuff like?

V8 juice is very good, as are electrolyte drinks like Dioralite if you are sweating a lot. Keep in mind consuming a lot of carbs will increase your body temperature significantly.

Word of advice for any potential users as im now feeling this:

Keep your Blood sugars constant(or try to) and get your sleep.

Im feeling a little bit weird now, slightly lethargic and wanting fresh cool air as feeling a little bit dizzy. Directly contributed to by only 3.5 hours sleep and low sugar intake.

Now im breathing in a lot of cool fresh air with only the shirt on my back and am feeling shitty because of the lack of sleep and DNP combined.

Learnt lesson 1. YOU NEED YOUR SLEEP whilst on this stuff.

Day 3:

So yesterday I was feeling slightly lethargic and woozy. About 5hrs later I was feeling fine. Nothing wrong with me.

So I slept instead for a FULL 12hrs.

Woke up this morning and felt fine until 20mins or so later of moving around and started feeling woozish again.

So anyhow took another cap but midday instead of mornings. Nothing much to report except for the slight dizzy/woozy feeling and urine turning brightish yellow now. Again started feeling heat within 20mins of taking the cap and went around on me bike with just a dry fast shirt and tracks in 15C weather.

Only concern is the woozy feeling ive had now for 2 days. Im wondering if its my bad sleeping habits, the long periods my body goes through without food/pissing out stuff whilst a sleep or the DNP.
