Default POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

GREETINGS ALL

THIS IS MY FIRST FORUM, AND ONE OF THE MODERATORS SUGGESTED I SAY HELLO TO THE PEOPLE IN HERE. SO I GUESS A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF IS IN ORDER. IM A 41 YEAR OLD MAN WITH A MEDIUM TO THICK BUILD. I AM SHORT... 5`6`` 215LBS. WITH UPPER ABS VISIBLE BUT A LAYER OF FAT THAT JUST WONT GO AWAY. IM CURRENTLY GEAR FREE AND I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH FREE WEIGHTS FOR ABOUT 14 MONTHS SINCE BEING SEPERATED FROM THE MISSUS WHICH LEAVES GOOD QUALITY GYM TIME. AT MY AGE IM PLEASANTLY SURPRISED HOW WELL THIS OLD BODY IS TAKING TO THE GYM. NOW THAT IM OBSESSED IM CURIOUS WHAT IS ACTUALLY WORKING OUT THERE WITH GEAR FOR SOMEONE IN MY SITUATION. BEING MY FIRST CYCLE IM NOT IN ANY HURRY AND WELCOME SUGGESTIONS. BUT WOULD REALLY WANT TO LOSE THE BELLY YET KEEP THE MASS COMING. WHEW , NOT EASY. WELL THANKS FOR LETTING ME RANT AND RAVE SO NOW IM ALL EARS

How's your diet? Can you list a typically day of your food intake. Before considering gear to cut you should ensure you diet is dialled in.

A TYPICAL DIET WOULD BE : MEAL 1) AM. OATMEAL W/ A LITTLE HONEY. TWO PIECES OF FRUIT. ORANGE AND APPLE HOWEVER THIS VARIES.
MEAL 2) MID AM CHICKEN OR TURKEY SALAD WRAP X2 WITH LETTUCE AND TOMATO. SOMETIMES TWO STRIPS OF TURKEY BACON PER WRAP.1 BANANA. 3) LUNCH : TOMATO SALAD WITH EGG WHITES AND FRESH SLICED MOZZARELLE W/ OLIVE OIL AND A LITTLE RED VINEGAR ON TOP OF A CAN OF TUNA FISH 6OZ. IN WATER. TWO TABELSPOONS OF PEANUT BUTTER. 4) PRE WORKOUT MEAL : MEAL REPLACEMENT (MYOPLEX) ETC. AND A BANANA SOMETIMES A CREATINE MIXTURE IF IM ON THE CREATINE CYCLE AS I LIKE TO CYCLE ON AND OFF OF CREATINE. 5) POST WORKOUT MEAL. LARGE STEAK OF PORK LOIN ABOUT 10- 16 OUNCES, BROWN RICE, AND STEAMED BROCCOLI. HOWVER ON THE WEEKENDS BEING A CAKE-A-HOLIC I LAPSE AND HAVE A LARGE HELPING WITH A GLASS( LARGE ) OF SKIM MILK. THE DIET IS BY FAR THE HARDEST PART. HOWEVER IM TRYING TO KEEP THE CALORIES LOW SO AS NOT TO LET TOO MUCH GO TO THE MIDDLE WITH OUT SACRIFICING TOO MUCH MUSCLE. THERE ARE TIMES NOW AND THAN THAT I GET OFF THE DIET ON OCCASION IE: BIRTHDAYS, AND CERTAIN FAMILY GATHERINGS.

Diet looks good, you're getting a good mix of macronutrients (minus the cake!). The weekend binge sessions need to be addressed obviously, no matter what steroids you're on you won't lose weight with constant cheating.

When your diet is on track there are a number of cutting cycles you could try. If you don't mind EOD injections here's what I'd recommend:-

Week 1-8 Test Prop 100mg EOD
Week 3-8 Winny @ 25-50mg

The reason for the short duration of winny is that it's harsh on the liver and may give you joint pain.

If you prefer to inject less frequently use longer esters like Test Cypionate and EQ.

THANKS FOR THE CRITIQUE REDSPY ITS ALWAYS GOOD TO HAVE AN OUTSIDE MENTOR WITH A KEEN EYE FOR SLACKERS SUCH AS MYSELF. IM CURRENTLY STEROID FREE AND HAVE BEEN FOR OVER A YEAR. ALL IVE USED IS A CYCLE OF ANDRIOL, CLENBUTEROL AND PROVIRON. SO IM STILL A PIN VIRGIN SO TO SPEAK . I WOULD LIKE TO START A CLEANER CYCLE OF PARABOLAN AND WINSTROL AND WOULD APPRECIATE THOUGHTS ON THIS.

Tren is an awesome compound for bulking or cutting, the reason it wasn't on my initial list is that the side effects can be pretty rough. If it's your first time with tren I'd suggest acetate and see how you react. If you don't like the sides it will be out of your system in 2-3 days. With tren enanthate or parabolan it will take much longer.

If you not that concerned go with the parabolan (tren e is more cost effective though) and add some test to reduce the possibility of trouble "downstairs".
