| Guest Posts: n/a | What injection methods does everyone use? Personally I've always just warmed the oil a little and injected slowly to prevent seepage but I've just been made aware of other methods: Air bubble method Leaving a small bubble of air in the syringe isn't a bad idea either. If you aspirate and never got any blood pulled into the pin, then you're good to go. Having the little bubble of air in the syringe will "pack" the AAS into the muscle a little bit.The air would just stay in the lower syringe & needle forcing all the fluid into the muscle. The z-track method. You displace the skin to the side, inject, release the skin so the skin folds block the needle track and prevent seepage. I read that the z-track method is what is currently recommended. |
