Primo only cycle

Alright guys

I am planing on doing a Primo only cycle at 600 mg's every week for 12 weeks.
Would this be ok or should i also add test E at 500mg's perweek.
If i add test e with it will i still need to take nolvadex at 20mg's ed for anti e.
