However the total loss caused was only about 2%-5% increase daily tops if that. My conclusion was a little bit less eating and a little bit more physical activity and you could get a lot more than that. So lets see...... Is there something that would say cause you to burn off an extra 10-25%+ more calories each day?(arguments sake typical noob question) |

Made me sweat a little but compared to either of the above, nothing. Although there is correctly as you say 2 - 5% increase in the metabolic rate, the other effects of ephedrine amplify its effectiveness. You 'feel' like you aren't working as hard as you actually are. This means that you could sustain say 60 minutes of cardio at 160HR BPM when normally you might only achieve 20. So although your HR isn't actually that much higher over the whole day (2 - 5%), the amount that it allows you to push yourself whilst training means that really you burn off in the region of 10 - 15% more calories during cardio (if you perservere) and the oncoming day due to the elevated HR levels. It is also an appettite suppresant so will stop your carb cravings. Back to your original point, something in the region of 10% metabolic boost would be clenbuterol (plenty of posts about this), but technically i believe its not a thermogenic, it works in a different way. I think that the strongest actual thermogenic compound is the ridiculously dangerous 'DNP', which is basically a poison put into your blood which causes 25 - 50% metabolic boost but is only for people with experience and the guts of gandalf the grey. lol Nick ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |

People are getting results like 7 days 8-10lbs fat loss!!!! How much could u lose with Clen+T3? 10%?20%? Everything has dangers though eg T3 usage could cause your own thyroid to stop working. |

On clen and T3 you can't train such high intensity cardio so although it does more for you idle you could potentially overcome their maximums with mad cardio training. please correct me if i'm wrong any1 Nick ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |
