If you can live with constant sweating, feeling of warmth, shakes in the hands, arms and legs, a jittery or wired feeling and a slight headache due to raised blood pressure then clen is a good fat burning aid on top of a clean diet and plenty of cardio. Hope this helps Bud. |

Works as hell though, but know what you're doing... 80-120mcg are the most common dosages. But don't start on that amount from day 1...increase the dose, see your body's respons. Drink a lot of water and increase your magnesium intake, this will lower the chances on cramps. It has a half-life of 72 hours, and best results are made by using it two weeks on, two weeks off. Hope this'll help you. ______________________ No Pain, No Gain |

The fat burning properties when incorporated into a good training routine and good diet are quite dramatic. I have always found clen to give a very tight, hard look. Also I find that when taking clen I get out of bed in the morning looking 'pumped.' However, on the downside the side effects are shit. Sweating, shaking and insomnia. I need sleeping pills when taking it. Also the trembling hands are beyond your control, so if you're in a job where people will notice or steady hands are required take care. |
