Customs seizures

I have a relative living in Mexico who has previously sent me gear with no problems.
However I've just received a sezure notice from HM Customs. The package seized contained 200 clenbuterol and 40 diazepam (can't sleep when taking clen).
Does anyone know where I stand legally. I'm not concerned about losing the package but am worried about whether the local drug squad are going to come knocking.

if you're in the uk then you wont get in shit, its perfectly legal to import prescription drugs without a script.

Thanks for that. I was under the same impression, in which case do you think its worth claiming the package back or best to let sleeping dogs lie. I've looked up various articles in relation to the law and it seems like a real grey area with lots of conflicting information.

I think opex is the man for this question, however from past posts, i'd say you'll have difficulty getting stuff sent to you in future if they've been confiscated once.
