Default dbol questions

I'm about to start my next cycle on monday and i'm worried i haven't researched enough into the dbol i'll be taking with regard to precautions and sides

been reading on a few other posts that it should be taken with milk thistle? why? what does it do? and why is it needed?

also that i you should drink a lot of water to avoid the water retention does drinking more actually reduce this or add to the problem? I drink a lot of water already about 2-3litres a day possible more do i need to worry?

and that i should avoid alcolhol? why?

i'll be taking 30mg per day but because of the short life i'll only be taking it on the days i'm go to the gym and as for the alcohol i'll be avoiding that as well on those days but i like a drink and and was planning on doing so at the weekends

is this wrong or am i worrying about nothing?

You should be worried even thinking about doing a cycle of anabolics with your current knowledge. I strongly suggest you actually do some research on the serious compounds that you are planning to take.

Milk Thistle helps promote liver health which is often comprimised by the dbol.

yes, dbol give water retention, so drink extra water so your body doesn't hoard it...

alcohol should always be avoided, but especially while using any type of AAS...alcohol increases your natural estrogen levels, not something you want while on cycle...

30mg a day is fine, but take it every day for 4-5 weeks, not only on the days you lift...that is a baad idea...

also, do a search for oral only cycles...then post back what you think of them...ive already writtent to much on this forum about that in the short time ive been here...

Also because you don't want your liver to be further challenge by another toxic substance (alcohol) whilst you are already running the gauntlet with STEROIDS.

hold on guys don't shoot me down so quickly! i have done plenty of research! but it was only whilst reading someone else's post about the sides he was having from dbol that the milk thistle came up hadnt read anywhere else or spoke to anyone else that recomended taking it whilst on dbol? and thats why i'm here in the 1st place to find out the things i don't yet know

I know the dbol is very toxic to the liver which is why i'm only taking a small amount and only on the days i'm training (lift mon,tues,thurs & fri and cardio weds) as its only got a life of 6-8 hours max so why take when your not going to be getting the full benefit from it especially when it's not doing your liver any good in the 1st place and a few other people actually recomended staying off it at the weekends when your not training for the same reasons

also if i'm already ready drinking 2-3 litres per day at least do i need to increase this again because of the dbol i'll be taking i.e. my body is already used to this amount so because of the the dbol do i need to increase this by another 2 or 3 litres a day to prevent my body hoarding it? or is this already enough? i read on someone else post who was taking more dbol than me but not drinking as much water that he should drink at least 4 litres per day

as for the alcolhol my training finishes on a friday so come sat the dbol will be out of my system and because it's a small amount my liver should have enough time to recover sufficiently before i have a drink which will only be on sat night and i'm not talking about going out and getting hammered just a few pints with the lads

dbol needs to be taken constantly. off days will just result in your test levels rising mildly and then cooling off. your body needs the constant supply to get the real testosterone boost otherwise your wasting your money

And i'm not sure how you haven't come across it but milk thistle is a must. Personally i'd also take hawthorn berry, saw palmetto, coq10, red rice yeast, cod liver oil/EPA oil, multivitamin, + an antioxidant or ALA for eg.

yes, taking it only on your workout days may give you a good pump while in the gym, but it wont really help overall and will REALLY mess with your nat test levels...and yes, you will still need pct afterwards...and yes, most of the weight you gain will be water and you will lose it after you go off... and yes, if you have a beer or two here and there it is not the worst thing in the world, but like i said, who really wants extra estrogen...especially when using gear?

You take it all the time because your muscles are in recovery when you are not working out and that is the time when protein synthesis is important and steroids help with this significantly...growth occurs during rest, not during work...

also, please understand that no one is trying to bash you...but it is hard to believe that you have done research from what you have written...

I'd be very suprised if anywhere u've researched says to take d bol 4 times a week, cos thats the amount of days u lift???
U need a constant level m8 and if u cant give up beer for a few weeks then maybe u should think twice about takin gear!!
