Default Diet During PCT

What diet should I follow during PCT. (running 4,000 calories during cycle)and how long should you wait after PCT before you start cutting.

Personally, i would keep calories high and reduce training to a three day split as to have lots of rest. And then start cutting when you are sure that pct is over and your test levels are back to normal, which varies for everyone.

during pct you will want to keep your training as intense, however lower the frequency to enable better healing...you may want to lower your cals slightly unless you are going to use some clen, otherwise you run the risk of fatting up a little bit...
