you say you eat 3 meals a day plus 3 shakes, i think you should double that for a start.

i'm not experienced in steroids but doens't look like a stack that is widely used.

totaly agree test and dbol cannot beat it for a good first cycle simple and effective

anvar is a great med but IMHO needs to be run 60mg plus for 8 weeks or more
