Default advice please

hi all first post, just started my second cycle, first was 8 week sus and deca cycle injecting every 5th day good gains but i had serious water retention problems i looked like a puffa fish by the time i was done, not sure if i got carried away with the carbs or thats what 2 expect? 2nd cycle prop 3 times a week and deca 2 times for 6-8 weeks, should i expect 2 look like the f**king honey monster again or will this cycle be easier on the bloat? cheers

how much prop and how much deca?...maybe a little less bloat cuz you wont retain as much water than other tests, but deca will...and yes, that is par for the course...the water should leave during pct or armidex during to minimze water retention...

400ml of deca and 600ml of prop a week, the water slowly dropped off last time by around the 5th week off and i managed 2 keep most of the strengh gained, i didnt get any acne or other problems apart from looking like a puffa fish!

personally, i would run the deca at 200 twice a week and the prop at 75 ed or 150 eod to keep it higher than the deca and run run the prop three weeks past the end of the deca so it is the last thing out of your system before pct..you may get acne from the prop but you should be much less bloated!

i think i have my diet pretty good at the moment and really happy with my training, but when it comes to steroids im very limited in my knowledge and i really appreciate the advice.
