Benadryl

Bought some benadryl alergy relief Capsules to cycle with Clen. It hav read about taking benadrly taken 50 mgs - 100 mgs on the third week.

Well the problem i hav with the benadryl Capsules is that it states to take 3 tabs only through out the day and not to take more than one at a time.
Also do not know how many mgs each capsule is it jus says Each capsule contains 8 mg Acrivastine.

Will it be ok to take 3 tabs together before bed????

whats the benedryl supposed to do like ?

it supposed to prevent down regulation of the recptors so that you can run it for longer than two weeks effectively. peronally i think 2 weeks/2weeks off is better considering what clen does to the heart muscle

in some studies it has been shown to cause or exacerbate congestive heart failure. basically a weaking of the heart muscle

So back to the benadryl question.
Stu u seem to know about this any suggestions on taking benadryl

take all three before you go to bed, it should help you sleep better as well

lol clen is a prescription drug used to treat serious breathing problems but im willing to bet your not using it for that

Lol good point so its ok to over dose the amount said on the box off Benadryl
