pct advice??

finished my first cycle yesteday,250mg deca, 500mg test enanthate. my question is should i start taking nolva now or a week after my last injection and could you check my pct dosage is ok, thanx.

day 1, 60mg
day 2, 40mg
day 3, 40mg
day 4 - 21 20mg
day 22 - 28 10mg

usually right away, how long was your course.

it was 6 weeks mate.
