| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2005 Posts: 7 Rep Power: ![]() | Hey people, I'm really tall 6 ft 5 and struggle with my weight that goes from 89 to 95 depending on how much I eat/train. Train 4-5 days, heavy as i can and cv once a week. I used to be a skinny kid. So I've had enough and want to try some stuff but tab only. Any rec. for cycle for around 4-6 weeks will be appreciated. I want to get bigger but also have good definition and no gut! |

| Making Progress Join Date: Mar 2005 Posts: 331 Rep Power: ![]() | Ok mate, Guesing that you have a few yrs natural training under your belt? a good oral only cycle would be a simple dbol cycle maybe adding 2 weeks winstrol to the end to help tighten up. wk1-6 30mg dbol wk6-8 50mg ed winny pct wk 9 Normally taking orals for longer than 6 weeks is not advised but normally there is a whole array of other drugs used instead so imho running 8 weeks orals is not a prob as long as u abide by the rules ie take milk thisle and/or ALA capsules to aid the liver.Drink excess of 3-4litres water a day. Also dont try and bulk and keep lean at the same time - it just does not work like that. To add any decent mass you need to eat ,eat,eat!! This will help you gain muscle but will also add a few lbs of fat but not to worry as we can loose this at a later stage. Also knock that training down a notch - you are an ectomorph bro and u need more rest to grow than mesomorphs and endomorphs! Cut your training down to mon,wed and friday basing it around deadlifts,squats and bench press sounds to me like you are over training atm. its important to get plenty of rest bro - you grow when u rest and not when you train! |

| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2005 Posts: 7 Rep Power: ![]() | yeah i know about the over training but I used to do only 3 days and felt like i could do more. i supplement my reg meals with whey isolate, con and casein mix. just a few follow up questions: what's (ed?) winny what's pct? and what the hell is milk thistle!!? or where do i get ala (what is that?) caps? thanks for all your help peeps |

| Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | ed=everyday pct=post cycle treatment which means after a cource of steriods you need to take clomid or nolva or both to help you recover and keep your size. you can get milk thistle in holland and barrett stores if your in the uk,it protects your liver as steriods can be harsh on your liver |
