if some one comes arcoss a fake steriod and they use them what will the substance that they are giving then self chance to be and will it have any effects on there bodys like what the reals do???? might sound stupid but im sure it is worth asking

If you're lucky a fake will have no effects other than you being out of pocket. If you're unlucky you could get very ill injecting some unknown substance into yourself!
