Default Rejoining the Brotherhood

I've lifted for 23 years (never laid off) I'm 35 years young. 6'3" 250 lbs and 11-12% bodyfat. I'm also in my third week of t3. I have used aas in the past more than 5 years ago. I gathering my information now before I commit to a cycle. I have a good diet. Currently taking in 400 g protein (1600 kcal), 250 g of carbs(100 kcal) and 44 g of fat (400 kcal) approx 3000kcal per day. Cardio 7 days per week and twice a day (4 times). I'm trying to cut before I start my next cycle. What do you guys think of my choice? I will also use the same format for diet while on gear, except that I will cycle the total kcal to mesh with my gear (up to 5000 kcal -same macro ratio).
Test E. 500 -750 mg for weeks 1-12
Eq 400 mg weeks 1-11
var 50 mg for weeks 1-6
arimidex .5mg week 1-12
pct
Start hcg when last ester clears week 15 (Does that sound right bro's)
hcg 2000 iu week 15, hcg 2500 iu week 16 and 1500 week 17
Nolva week 17-21 @ 40mg -40mg-20mg-10mg
Does this cycle look ok or is there holes in my thinking.Note: I tend to bloat on test which is why I'll be running adex.

Thanks for the reply fella's

There's nothing more anoying than someone posting without doing a little homework first. I don't want to be that guy that is midway or fininshing a cycle and come to the realization that everything was not thought out.

t3 is working well. BP is good, bodyfat droping, hot flashes(present) and heart rate normal. Not real hungry, which is good/bad. I try to eat but have to force stuff down. I'm hotter than a mutha *****. I had to do some terrorist training recently. I had to climb in a level b suit with a self contained air supply. Where I live it's been 100 + for several days. I felt like I was melting. When I climbed out of the suit I looked like I had jumped in a swimming pool fully clothed lol. But all in all. I like the stuff.
One other thing, I don't feel as randy as i normally do
