... is having the gear, PCT, Vit B5 etc... and no damn pins yet!!!

p.s. how do people recommend training during PCT, all out, or use the opportunity to deload. Still maintain a high calorific intake? I think you are much more prone to overtraining during this time??

more prone to overtraining, recovery will be slower.

you will probably be less energetic and not want to train so hard as well.

Theres also the possibility of injury i believe, as your muscles have grown faster than your joints can keep up during cycle, so during pct i would recommend upping the reps slightly, i.e. 8 - 10 range instead of 4 - 6 (i dont know what u plan to do anyway), and dont go for any 1 rep max lifts or anything like that.

Maybe take some extra rest days, you might be totally lethargic also.

good question m8,

Im in my pct now, im 13 days into pct of nolva and ive lost 3lbs so far which is the water weight as the 3lbs came of quickly and now my weight seems to be holding in this second week and my arms etc havnt lost size.
My training is going well and i havnt noticed any strength lose.Dont over train, eat very well as always but particuly during pct and get plenty of sleep.Im just keeping it the same as always but ill be interested to know what more reguler gear users think.
