| Under Construction Join Date: Jul 2005 Posts: 31 Rep Power: ![]() | yes i totally agree, you really have to be strict. for thes best results with your diet, get the scales out and measure everything! work out how many cals your consuming, amount of protein, carbs and fats and do a fair bit of cardio. half an hour 5 times a week will do you wonders. |
