Is HGH legal for personal use???

i have just had a pacel of HGH stopped by customs for a 2nd time in 4months could i be prosocuted or will it just be seized again?? as it is for personal use and the amount seized would indicate that would they do anything apart from sending me a seizure notice??

Its a grey area mate.

The fact you got it stopped once and then you continued to use the same address is a big no no.

Yes it is legal for personal use but someones idea of what amount is personal use is different to someones elses.

How many was in the box?

320iu in total. 8 x 40iu the same as the last order which was stopped.

I would have thought you could claim that back bro - perhaps they didnt know what it was.

Once you get the letter ring them up and say u want it back!

Sorry to hear about u situation bro but like opex said ask for it back.

How old are u and are u planing on running GH with a cycle or on its own and for how long.

not asking for source but how much u payin for that.

thanks for the replys- after the last seizure they sent me a letter and a leaflet on how to claim it back, but looking at the leaflet i had to take it to magestraights court(spelt wrong but u know what i mean) and did not stand much chance of getting it back as it was a perscribed drug and then i would end up with cost as well so i knobed it off. So i should not expect a knock on my door then?? Also in the letter it did list the items as hgh.

I was going to run the hgh as a partof a cycle-im sorry i cant mention price as i think it is against the rules on ths site?!?!

can,t help on the legality issue,but can u tell me which country it came from and what make of hgh it was. get a bit myself ,maybe i need to change del address or take more precautions as i haven,t lost any so far.

im not sure if you will get it back even if you do go to court so if i was you i would just leave it and if you re order try and send it to another address but if the person who got it for you got it off a pharmacist the you might get it back...but read below some quotes from laws

"Possession of 'Prescription Only' medicines without a prescription is a serious offence" quote from the medicines act 1968"

"in conjunction with the Misuse of Drugs Act, makes it illegal to import or export controlled drugs without authorisation" quote from the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979" so
