i have been in the army for 5 years but recently left but still maintain my fitness so i not only do weights but also cardio.
my plan is to gain at least another 12-24lbs
but i really dont know anything about roids i.e. where to get them what cycle is best for me

its best to research for a long period of time before you consider buying any,

search in the steroids forum for your info.

ive been trainig for 5 years but mainly military stuff not weights my diet consist of chicken pasta potatoes tuna eggs protein shakes

Hi mate,

I can only relay what the guys have already said -

You can gain the extra weight without steroids as it seems u primarily trained for endurance and fitness?


A good 3 day routine with plenty of compound movements and a good mrp/weight gainer will have you well on the way to bulking up naturally - get plenty of rest also.

Try and eat every 2-3hrs to keep a positive nitrogen balance and drink 3-4litres of water a day to keep u hydrated.

Follow those simple enough rules and u will gain well without gear

You do not need steroids.

guys if this comes accross rude its not intended to
the advice so far has been warmly appreciated, but like one of the other post states if you dont like smoking you dont go round taking ciggs of every one. every was a beginner once and of course because you have all been there and know what your talking about is one of the reasons you are posting very sensible replies to my question but i am going to try roids so just wanted to know in your opinion what is the best cycle for a beginner.
and please remember it was not intended to be rude and i thank you all for your replies

Ok mate fair enough - we were only trying to put u down the path of what would be better to do.

If your hearts set on a cycle something like this would be ample -

wk1-8 500mg test enth
wk1-6 30mg dbol
wk11 pct
