Posts: 573 Rep Power: ![]() | 35 mg of d-bol every day for 4 weeks (manly as a kickstart as the test will take a month to kick in) 500mg test per week for 10 nolva post cycle this was my first real cycle and it's pretty much my second cycle too the guys above know there stuff and do have very good points that you should at least consider before jumping in but if you have alrady made your mind up then best atleast get the cycle right and get the juice from a good approved sourse on this board if theres still a list avalible Sam just seen that the lightening fast opex has beet me to it ______________________ That'll be another penny thanks! |

People here have asked you what your training and diet look like and all you will say is that you plan on "training with weights" 5 days per week. What is your bodypart split? What exercises? How many sets? reps? etc... What are you going to eat? Steroids are not some magic pill, and anyone with a well-constructed plan of diet and weightraining can gain 10-12 pounds without gear. I will not help you construct a cycle only out of principle, not trying to be rude in any way. I will be quite happy to assist you in putting together a training routine and a proper diet, as many others would be, but you need to let us know your plans regarding eating and exercise. Speceifics are need, not generalizations. Again, I think gear is not warranted for your purposes at this point in time, but if you insist on using it then you will need to have your training and diet sorted in order to maximize effectiveness. Why not train naturally for a few months first? Gear is not suddenly going to vanish off the face of the earth. I guarantee you could make progress without gear. | Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: london Posts: 16 Rep Power: ![]() | i appreciate you looking out for me firstly i had a stomach ulser a few months ago and lost alot of weight.. i went back to the docs and thay said that it has cleared up and im back to good health i have since been back and mentioned my weight and he just shrugged me off as i mentioned earlier i eat high protein carbs and some fat in my diet mainly healthy food (although we are all weak for a fried breakfast) i am just a hard gainer no matter what i do i cant gain |

| Making Progress Join Date: Jul 2005 Posts: 125 Rep Power: ![]() | I dont think that dottiboy will listen to any one telling him to not take roids. he has made up his mind jus like i did for my first cycle with hardly any research and im sure alot of the guys here aswell. I think we should jus giv him quality advice. As before i strongly suggest that first cycle should only be done with Test E 500 mg's a week for 12 weeks as it doesnt hav to be injected quite as often as for example Sust 250. |

| Legend Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Birmingham/Bristol Posts: 886 Rep Power: ![]() | Have you considered running a course of prosteroids such as Superdrol/M1T - people have had excellent results with them (or alternately prohormones), such as nick500 who ran superdrol for 4 weeks. Might be worth your consideration to get used to anabolics before taking the plunge into injectables. Just my 2 cents. |

If you get legit gear you will certainly make the gains you want in no time at all. Try 100mg's of deca every 2 week for 3 months together with increased protein intake, 5mg's of creatine a day, and at least 1 hour of weight training a day, 5 days a week. The results you get will amaze you and your family, and the results will stay with you for years. My first cycle was administered by my docter. I was given 50mg of deca every 3 weeks, and gained 44 lbs over 6 months (helped by my change of diet and Creatine). Your first cycle will always be your best. No other cycle since has come anywhere close even though the dosages I take are much, much higher! Don't go the more is better route. |
