Default 1st cycle & stats

Thought I would post up my old stats (when I was competing) for anyone that is interested:

Clean + Jerk 150Kg
Snatch 110
Deadlift 225
Squat 200 (high bar); these are all for triples or doubles

oh, and about six minutes dead with the rowing.

I am interested in opinions on the two cycles below, as I will use one as a 1st cycle

1.
wk 1-4 Dbol @ 20mg ED
Wk 1-10 Test E @ 500mg EW
PCT

2.
Wk 1-4 Dbol @ 20mg ED
Wk 1-10 Deca @ 500 mg EW
PCT

Has anyone used 2. as a 1st cycle? Were they pleased, or do they wish they had gone for test instead?

I am more interested in 'hard' gains, less water retention etc.. and would be happy with say 10lb's at the end. Is this reasonable?

you'll probably get pretty equal results from both courses though you might want to consider the possability of deca ****

yes i would go with the first one,test is recommended in a cycle and should be in any good cycle,as gary said you dont want the little fella to not be able to stand to attention.

For the first cycle jus do Test E and drop the dbol.

For the second cycle here is wat i would suggest

Wk 1-4 Dbol @ 35mg ED
Wk 1-11 Deca @ 400 mg EW
Wk 1-12 Test E @ 500 mg EW

Would some HCG during the cycle help with the Deca ****? Some viagra (got plenty of that)! IMO not getting much at the moment anyway!!

Would a mix, say 250mg Test + 250 mg deca give more solid gains?

If I were to drop the Dbol, would you up the intensity in the gym Wk1, or wait for it to kick in more (wk3-4)?

I like the first cycle only up the dbol to 30mg and run for 6 weeks

number one.

If you have sore joints then option 2 might be useful, but I would drop the d-bol and run test with deca. And more test than deca.

To be honest, I have never run deca but clients of mine have. A 41 year-old chap loved it as his joints felt 21 again. He made tremendous gains ; a natural for 15 years, he went from 170 to 195-200 in that time. His cycle took him to 216! However, his sex life took a major blow...he was basically impotent for a year after a 12 week course of deca. He ran 25mg/day d-bol for 4 weeks along with 500mg/test and 600mg/deca per week for 12 weeks. I warned him that more deca than test would cause him trouble, but he thought he knew better. Poor guy...he has (excuse me, I mean had) a gorgeous 28 year old girlfriend.

Beware of deca mate. You don't want to rely on viagra.

I think I will stick to the test. Run it with the D/Bol wk 1-6? drop it if I have problems.

In the past I have had quite uncomfortable lower back pumps, from the oly lifting, and this would be my only concern with the Dbol.

My only! big concern with running the test (or any cycle) is the acne, as I had a pretty rough ride as a teenager. I will try allll the usual suggestions B5, antibac washes etc.. and hope this is enough.

Anyone with other ideas on this?

ALso my PCT will look something like this:
day 1: clomid 150mg; nolva 60mg
day 2-11: clomid 100mg; nolva 40mg
day 12-21: clomid 50mg; nolva 20mg

Maybe some HCG mid/end of cycle, if I can get it. How do people keep this hidden in the fridge for any period of time? As it dont blend in with the veggies, and the GF is a nosey cow!!
