Default Second cycle im planning is just simply this, any opinions?.

My first cycle was:-
Dbol week 1-6 (30mg AD)
Test Enanthate Weeks 1-8 at 250mg weeks 1-5 and then upped at week 5 to 500mg until end of cycle.
I upped the test at week 5 just before i came of the Dbol.

For my second cycle im thinking of using the same gear but just upping the doses ie Dbol 40mg a day for 6 weeks and Test enanthate 500mg for 10 weeks.
Any opinions or advice on a second cycle for mass and strength gains?.

ALL THE BEST

i think you should try it natural for a least 6 - 12 months before considering another cycle mate

you wont notice any real difference between takeing 30mg of dbol and 40mg and as its best to keep your doses low as long as possible and only increase them once you have maxed out for that dose , a bit like fullfilling your natural potential before juiceing.

i'd say 30 mg dbol weeks 1 -6, and 250mg enanthate every 4 days

Yea your probably right nick, ive gained over 3 stone since last november (9 months) and 2 stone of that was natural before i started a cycle so i know i can do it.With the gear its the feeling that you have an advantage over everyone else in the gym whislt on the gear.

I still cant bielieve how my physique has changed and my strength has increased over the last 9 months, id never bielieve it if one of you guys said id be near 14 stone within 9 months of training ok say 13 stone coz i cant count the 1 stone roid weight i gained.
I used to look at the scales and just hope with age my weight would increase and then i came across musclechat (this site) and i took the advice of members here.I started doing my own split routine from reading books but it wasnt working so i decided to do garys begineer routine( a mod on this forum) which gave me my first proper pump it felt my arms were going to explode it felt good, i then new what my muscles should feel like after a session.
My diet was crap before i started proper BB so i slowly but surely got that sorted and i gave it 6 months and if i had no gains i was going to jack it in and i didnt honestly think id get gains but lbs after lbs piled on weekly especially early on and i got hooked.
I read somewere that 8 lbs a year is a good gain natural so im starting to think my weight will slowly stop increasing so quickly as i expected yet i want to gain at least a stone a year natural is this article i read bull or does the weight get harder to pile on as time goes by.
This is why i looked and tried the roids also as next year if my weight gain slows like this article reckons im not going to be happy with 8lbs so ill be on the juice.

I would keep the dbol at 30mg and keep it simple running 500mg ew for 10 weeks.

Weeks 1-4 - 30mg Dbol
Weeks 1-10 - 500mg Test E

PCT:

Day 1: Clomid 150mg, Nolva 60mg
Day 2-11: Clomid 100mg, Nolva 40mg
Day 12-21 Clomid 50mg, Nolva 20mg

I would say even 8lbs a year is optimistic. A good way to look at it is to imagine what 8lbs of steak looks like! Thats a lot of lean muscle to gain, especially naturally. Personally I would be happy with 6 lbs a year, in the last year Ive gained 5lbs naturally with solid diet and training.

divie when beginners start up they go through mad gains in the first 6 months - year. Muscles that haven't been stimulated in such a way are now getting regular stimulus, and growth unfortunately slows down.

In dorian yates dvd, he says that he has managed to put 48 lbs on in 5 years (and this is a guy that is no doubt on complicated cycles that only the bravest on this site would even consider)

to summarize, building muscle is a slow process, but its exciting and fast at the beginning

Nick

Indeed, when I first started training I put on 12lbs in my first 2 months and a total of 19lbs in my first 6 months, after this point it slows down massively and becomes more like a lb a month or less if you're lucky.
