Im trying to weigh it all up if its worth doing further cycles, if my second cycle was near my first cycle in terms of gains ill do another through this winter at around xmas time, but this leads on to my next question how long between cycles?. Thankyou |

With regard to time on/time off I play it very safe. If I run a 12-14 week cycle I usually take off 4-6 months. The traditional formula is time off = time on. ______________________ IronArena.com |
