Default Supps whilst on Nolva

Hi

nolvas a pretty powerful drug in its own right. Is it sensible to take any supps whilst on it?

At the moment i'm continuing the ancillaries i was using on superdrol, namely:

hawthorn berry
saw palmetto
milk thistle
pantothenic acid
cod liver oil
multivitamin
vit B complex

its been 1 week since i've finished SD, should i drop :

hawthorn berry
saw palmetto
milk thistle

to leave :

pantothenic acid
cod liver oil
multivitamin
vit B complex

only?

nick

As Nolva is mildly liver toxic I'd keep the milk thistle running during the entire PCT.

SD has probably put your cholesterol numbers in the toilet so definitely keep taking the fish oil to increase HDL along with plant sterols/stanols (if you can find them over there). Also consider policosanol, garlic extract and red yeast rice.

Flora Pro-Activ is "plant sterols enriched" - the best good fats spread IMO.

Co-Q10 is a great supplement for reducing BP and promoting heart health. It's also a very potent antioxidant.
