20 mg nolvadex tabs

I have 20 Mg tablets of nolvadex. from what i have been reading for a while is that only about 10 mg of nolvadex should be used during a cycle unless and signs of gyno, then u increase the doseage.

This might sound stupid

ops:

WILL IT BE OK FOR ME TO CUT THE 20 MG NOLVADEX TABLETS IN HALF AND HAVE HALF A TABLET THROUGHT OUT THE CYCLE.

Why use nolva at all during cycle unless gyno symptoms appear?
Breaking tab in half is fine.

Wel i think i am gyno prone so wanna do the next cycle properly and with less sides.

breaking a tab is fine, theres no harm but for your pocket in taking nolva as a precautionary measure during a cycle

Personally I'd only take Nolva at the first sign of gyno symtoms. Nolva reduces IGF-1 levels and is mildly liver toxic - although it does have a positive effect on blood lipids.

What will your cycle consist of?
