Hmmz I got a list here, that is even larger (more kinds of steroids) but it is in excel or word and I dunno how to get the table into a reply

try pasting it into here ( select everything you want to show and then right click on it and goto copy, then inside the message box press the right click and then paste )

if that doesnt' work then maybe just upload the file as an attachment so people can download it.

it says up there that sust is 3 months but i have read before that it is 18 months

can anyone confirm that for us?
