Try taking one shower a day, wash your skin with a mild soap (like dove) and then, when you dry off, don't rub your towel, but just dip it into your skin. Rubbing to hard with your towel is one of the main reasons of acne spread. Btw, acne is a wellknown side effect during pct. Maybe you're over-sensitive for 1 of the ingredients in clomid or nolva. Good Luck. ______________________ No Pain, No Gain |

But if you're too tanned, your skin will become harder (kind off a defence meganism) and that will shut your pories again, which causes more infections=more acne. ______________________ No Pain, No Gain |

Since you're boosting your testosterone levels acne will accure. That's why, when you go into puberty you get acne. I can't give you any medical terms, since they're too hard to translate from Dutch, but I'll try and explain. Because of an increase in testosteron, your body produces a subtance which is thicker then usual. If it gets thicker, your skin can't get rid, or at least it is more difficult to get rid of, which causes an infection=acne. As recommanded before roaccutane is a good antibiotic. This is based on vitamine A. This changes the structure of the subtance which gets thicker. Maybe you should give that a shot. I hope you understand what I'm saying, because it's kinda difficult to put this in another language, but I'm trying my best GL bro. ______________________ No Pain, No Gain |

It might also have depressing side-effects, so I'ld never take it with clomid. But here is where the language comes into play. I ment you should try and pick up your intake of Vitamine A, not the actual antibiotic. Sorry about that. grtz, ______________________ No Pain, No Gain |
