| Legend Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Essex Posts: 635 Rep Power: ![]() | good post m8. it seems a lot of the views on the long term serious health implications of anabolics are mislead and have been distorted by both the government and the media. From the research iv done iv concluded that it is only steroid abuse, not use, that causes the long term health problems such as heart kidney and liver failure. The report does however link steroid usewith premature balding and acne etc tho. Its the premature balding which has put me off using them so far, and thts the only drawback to using them in my eyes. |

It's definately to be noticed however, that the main reporter here is certainly a supporter of steroids. I'm sure that someone holding the opposite opinion could make it appear as harmful as this guy makes it look harmless. And as far as I could tell, they didn't specifically interview any endocrinologists or doctors who specialize in that field. I'd certainly be interested to see a more in depth study which could actually reference some real research done rather than just saying there isnt any. However on that note, we might find out diet coke is more toxic than orals, in which case im ****ed ;o |
