Default what to do?

Hi guys,
am just back from holidays, just started PCT and haven't trained for 2 weeks now. Due to work I can't train for about another week minimum. I couldn't get much food down my gob on holidays. I'm losing weight fast (10lb so far) but I am expecting some of that is just water loss.

So in the absence of training should I still keep the calories high. Will this slow down the muscle loss or will this just put on fat :?

Cheers Guys

John

All you can do bro is eat as much as you can but without training you will loose quiet a bit off mass esp after a cycle
