first course of sus and deca

hi all, im starting my first course of sus and deca, how many times do i need to have a shot of each per week i have been told 1 shot of 100mg of each a week, is this right? cheers
and what is pct i know its when i start nolva but when do i start it in or after a cycle? cheers

hi mate,

250mg sus = 1 shot and 2 shots of deca a week = 400mg

this would be minimum i would recommend for a first cycle.

deca less than 400mg is a waste of time unless your a girl lol
