Default People's attitudes to steroids

Hi

I don't know if you guys have encountered this sort of stupidity, but people generally seem to think that (a) if you are big, then you have been on steroids and (b) if that is the case, then you haven't trained hard or watched diet, you've just taken loads of 'weird drugs' and have got big that way, what a wanker/lazy prick etc.

I don't have experience with steroids but even after taking superdrol for the last few weeks have noticed people thinkin that I'm cheating or whatever, when I see it as a sign that you are dedicated to the sport so much that you are willing to put yourself at a short term and possible long term risk to progress further. Also the myth that you can eat and train as badly as you want but you inject a few roids and wow magically your arnie.

I've heard people say wow Ronnie Coleman's body is amazing, their response being hostile "yeah but he does roids".

Theres so many examples of people's lack of understanding in the extreme side to this sport but at least you can come to sites like this and get some knowledgable insights into how it all works

BUT.... your gonna be bald and sterile within 2months and probly die before your 40.

Too many ppl who know **** all about gear have too much to say.

You just made quite a valid poit there divie. There are far too many people out there who spend all day on their arses, eat nothing but junk foods and take aways, get very little or no excercise and then take the piss out of someone who has a good build and say "what do they think they look like?"
My partner recently found out I was useing gear and the first thing I got was"it's all water and when you stop taking them all the water turns to fat" WTF? That beats Jesus turining it into wine!

That's almost as good as the magical muscle<->fat transformation ignorant people talk so much about.

While I dont and probably wont take AAS, it's definately about dedication, and gets you nowhere without a huge amount of hard work. So yea, maybe you're kicking mother nature in the ass a bit, but that's not laziness, that's just being single minded to get huge/strong.

I hear the same shit all the time, usually from people who are overweight, have very poor dietary habits and never exercise. It's only when you run a cycle that you realise the key to good gains is still diet, training and recuperation.

I mean i started using gear 6 weeks ago, yep my first cycle and i agree that obviously roids help speed up mass gains but what non users dont realise is you still gotta train as hard as ever or harder in my case and your diet has to be spot on if you wanna gain.
Most people think you pop a pill in your mouth and wake up 2 stone heavier, I swear its all jealousy.

Ive noticed my young niegbour trying to make his missus avoid me when im in the garden as he doesnt want his missus to see me with my top of as hes a fat, greasy, lazy always got stubble on his face sort of bloke whos jealouse his missus might take a look at me.It sounds like i fancy myself but i dont i just take care of my physique and looks in general but lazy slobs like my niegbour are and do get jealouse of anyone like myself whos willing to train and eat right in order to be able to get the odd glance of women or be strong we put so much in theres got to be a reward at the end and its theese rewards what make the fatties and skinnies get enoyed.
