They miss out on maximizing their potential by reaching for external synthetic sources of testosterone when their own natural test and GH is at an all-time high. They often become addicted to the gear as they cannot handle the loss in strength and size that follows a cycle. Once they are in their 30's they finally decide to give up steroids and they find that they cannot build muscle naturally because : 1) they never learned the basics around training, rest, recuperation, and most importantly diet. When on gear they could be somewhat sloppy in these areas yet still make gains. 2) they have, in some cases, made their own test production sluggish due to steroid abuse. 3) they have lousy genetics that were being compensated for through use of gear. 4) now older, their test and GH production will have diminished, even if no negative ramifications of gear use present themselves re:natural test production. 5) they get discouraged and give up training altogether These are the 30-something guys you see at the pub talking about "How big they USED to be", "how strong they WERE" etc... Of course, now they just look like shit. ______________________ You don't win friends with salad |
