| Under Construction Join Date: Jul 2005 Location: texas Posts: 9 Rep Power: ![]() | new bro to this forum, but you guys look like bunch of good fellows. about to start next cycle in another week and would like some critique or suggestions. some stats are 5'10", 187lbs., 15% bf...been training for a few years seriously and got about 4 cycles under belt. bulking cycle and last one for this year then taking a break until next cycle. going to go like this: bd boldabol 400mg wk 1-10 test-e 500mg wk 1-12 dbol 40mg ed 1-5 nolva on hand clomid for pct what about the boldabol, first time to use instead of deca and thinking about adding winstrol towards the end of cycle maybe at 50mg ed 8-12. going to try this diet: Meal #1 2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites 6 - 8 oz. 93% lean beef or chicken - 3/4 cup oatmeal before cooking 1 TBS Flax Oil (or oil mix) Meal #2 Protein Drink: 2-3 Scoops Protein, 4-6 TBS whipping cream, and 12-18-oz water banana or 4 frozen strawberries Meal #3 8 - 10 oz. chicken (before cooking) 6 - 8 oz. sweet potato or 1/2 1 cup cooked rice 2 cups vegetables (broccoli, etc.) Meal #4 Protein Drink: 2-3 Scoops Protein Powder, 4-6 TBS whipping cream, and 12-18-oz water banana or 4 frozen strawberries) Meal #5 8 - 10 oz. sirloin steak or lean meat 2 cups vegetables 6 oz potato 1 TBS Flax Oil (or oil mix) Meal #6 (Non Training Days) 10 -oz chicken breast, 2 cups vegetables; Or: 3 Scoops protein powder, 6 TBS whipping cream, 20-oz water Meal #6 (Training Days) 1.5 cups cooked rice, 10 oz sweet potato, 1 banana, 1 cup vegetables, 1 TBS Butter or Peanut Butter any suggestions or thumbs up would be greatly appreciated...and i plan to keep this forum updated on progress throughout cycle. thanks bros 8) |

Personally I'd bump the EQ to 600mg and run it 1 additional week as it takes a while for it to exhibit effects.
