hello guys
do you think training eod is enough on gear.at the moment i've just started traing with my nephew who doing it natural.its his first week so i don't want to kill him or put him off, but i was doin 3 on 1 off
thanks for any sugestions

How many times are you intending to train each bodypart per week? How much volume are you intending to do for each muscle group?

hi
day 1 chest ,front delt
2 legs,side delt
3 back,rear delts
4 arms
for major body parts 4-6,smaller ones 2-3

so your training 4 on an 1 off, why split shoulders over 3 days never heard of anyone doing that at all.

no i was doin 3-4 on 1-2 off.but now i have a day off in between each day.thats what i'm asking.do you think training eod is enough on gear.
this routing i got from a training book i got.i liked the sound of it so i'm trying it

i only train each bodypart once a week so yes every other day shud be fine, though without seeing the routine its hard to say if it will work or not.

what book are you following ?
