| Under Construction Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: Midlands Posts: 11 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi there. i have been training natural for bout 16-17yrs, and after suffering a series of injuries have swopped over from the power to bb side of things. Lighter more reps and for the last 18 months loads of cardio. result is I'm still strong but five stone lighter (no beer gut no more) and looking to rebuild some quility weight - fill out again with muscle only. I plan to train strict and lighter than normal to begin to progressively heaveir, as I stil have a weak right shoulder with a bit of an impingment. I want to still do some cardio, as it just makes me feel that much better, though no more 15 mile runs, mostly walking and x-trainer. I will be eating as optimaly and cleanly as possible. Having always been a gym rat i have been around gear for years and my head is spinning from all the advice and gossip i can remember. i will be out of work for 10 weeks this summer so its gonna be gym, gym and more gym, and eat and laze around for ages, trying to build some lean mass for once. I plan to have 100mg (2ml) nandralone deconate stacked with 1ml Sustanon 250 per week for ten weeks. I also have available dbol (5mg) - but I am not sure whether to include them, when to include them or the pros and cons of doing so. my little bro has taken steroids to train and found that he was gyno sensitive, and as we have identical body types I have invested in Clomiphene citrate 50mg to take post stack. How and when should these be taken? Should I have Nolvadex or more clomid to take whilst on the stack as a precaution? or at least have it at hand, and if so how and when? Is there anything else I should include? Also can clomide and nolvadex be ordered legaly online in this country? Any advice warmly recieved, Cheers peeps |

| Legend Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Southampton Posts: 697 Rep Power: ![]() | Right then, I have always used dbol as a start to my cycles that I have done. They are excellent to sart a cycle as they begin to work fast and gets it going before the injectables kick in about 3-4 weeks into the cycle. Cons with dbol are water retention and loss of gains but the water will be lost at the end of the cycle and most of the gains will be kept as you will be using it with your injectables. Novladex is the one to have to hand in case of gyno symptoms, and for me I always use novladex post cycle too as clomid tends to make me depressed and shitty. The doses to take clomid and novladex post cycle differ in most peoples opinion so have a search on the site about novladex to see everyones opinion. Not sure if they can be bought legally but there are plenty of "other" ways of getting them J ______________________ 50% of Training is nutrition 50% of Training is not overtraining If you cant gain see the above. |

| Banned Making Progress | deca wont really be effective at 100mg a week mate you need at least 200mg and if your only gunna take one shot of test youd be better with enanthate or cyp than the sus because the prop in sus is only short acting. if you start to get symptoms of gyno then take some nolvadex but at those doses you shud be fine in that case start pct 2 weeks after you finish your course. as for dbol they would help kick start the course, 6 tabs a day would be good 3 mornig 3 night for no more than 6 weeks as they are toxic to the liver |

I thought I'd be 3 weeks to start PCT as this is the time it takes for the deca to clear from the body Yeah if you're gonna take sus then you want at least 2x weekly. I'd even use enanthate at 2x weekly. And if it were test prop then 3x weekly. ______________________ 50% of Training is nutrition 50% of Training is not overtraining If you cant gain see the above. |

| Banned Making Progress | deca does take 3 weeks but it can cause impotence so i'd say 2 weeks was better but its a matter of personnal choice. 2 shots of test a week is better but i'd recommend staying on a low dose to start and see how you get on then you cud up your dose next course |

| Under Construction Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: Midlands Posts: 11 Rep Power: ![]() | hopefully after 17 yrs of killing my self naturaly i am gonna make a few quick gains. i am currently 13.5 stone at about 5 foot 8. The heviest i have been naturaly was about 19 stone when I was 27/28 yrs old - very very strong but with a gut to match. It has took me the last couple of years to recover from prolapsed disks and shift the excess weight, now 33 and with sorted nutrition I cant wait to play and give some of me old powerlifting mates a shock or two. |
