You might wanna keep an eye on your joints cos as far as I'm aware the roids will not increase your tendon strength (Mods please correct me if I'm wrong) and as you will be increasing weight fast on D'bol you will be placing more stress on your tendons.

Also as you have prolapsed disks, increasingly heavier weights will place greater pressure on your lower back. I have the same problem and have noticed that my back is worse than usual while on a cycle, Also I have strained a tendon in my knee too so hit as buggered up my leg routine. I do a lot of warm ups and stretching so don't think it came from the lack on warm up. Coming to the end of my cycle now.

Don't take this as gospel cos I'm no expert, just my experiences

do roiders mask joint pain. i am bit worried that i may not feel further tendon damage on my shoulder,if there is no soreness is this do to anti-inflamatory action of the gear or would it have healed?

With me, it was just that I was increasing in strength fast and was putting myself under a lot of stress. I think also that you physicologoy push yourself harder cos you want to get the max benefit from the cycle. I was pushing the leg press hard and so buggered my knee a little also I have 3 prolapse disks and a warped spinal column so I am susceptible to back injuries moreso that others. :shock:

I would say loads of stretching and warmups and good form is the key

Will pm a mod to answer your questions cos I wanna know myself

ok i got more sustogen -enough for two for each deca and a few more deca just in case. Also picked up 3 hits of HCG and already have 24 50mg clomid and am picking up novladex in a week or so - just in case. Do i need these if I use the hcg and how do i use it? After being a fatty for a good few years I fear the Gyno as it is easy for me to put fat on in that area anyway.

The injury to you discs in your back is a result of coming to far down on leg presses, a common injury from leg presses. I was told by a expert that anywhere past thighs parallel to you torso will round your back and spine, thus putting it under stress. This coupled with increased poundage will cause the injury you had. I never go past parallel anymore and have had no problems with my back, I used to get a slight twinge when do presses. I save deeper movement on my legs for squats. Also because you wont be going as deep you will be able to use slightly more weight. Following this practise my squats improved significantly fast.

Ferralsteve, You will be able to tell the difference betwwen gyno and fat very easily. Gyno will cause itchyness around the nipples at first so this is the first signs to start novladex, if untreated it will begin to feel sore and puffy. I always, when using Hcg, take 20mg of novladex a day whether I get symptoms or not.

I'd recommend you inject the sust every three days (at the very least) @ 250ml due to the short esters in the mix like prop. I'd up the nandralone to 300-400mg per week, injected at the same time as the sust to reduce the amount of pinning. If you have nolva I wouldn't bother with the clomid as they are both very similar in terms of effects. Personally I wouldn't take the nolva during the cycle unless you see signs of gyno. For PCT I'd use 4 weeks of nolva @ 60/50/40/30 (assuming it's tamoxifen citrate and not straight tomoxifen).

4 weeks of dbol at 30mg or so would be a kick start. As nandralone is very supressive to the HPTA I'd run some HCG in the backend of the cycle as nut insurance @ 500IU every 5 days.
