I find that a sunbeds help with acne, a couple of sessions a week.. I have also used retin-a gel, it's causes a rash initally but then it really helps eliminate the acne.

Agree with redspy
I found most high street stuff (Clearasil, Oxy-10 etc) a bit useless. The problem in over the counter is that the active ingredient (Benzoyl Peroxide) is usually low does and for me did bugger all. You can get perscribed highre doses but it reddens the skin and is ichy. I found Retin-A the best, although this has a different active ingredient (Tretinoin) so maybe thats why.

Of course there is Accutane which is an oral drug but this is a last resort and is very potent and only for severe acne (it cleared up mine for good) but as yours is from the Test I reckon Retin A is your man.

cheers

Oh yeah I found a good of the sun helps a lot but this is up to you (what with the sunbeds and possible cancer thing.....)

ive done b5 (pantothenic acid). it does work but u have 2 take alot and its not cheap. It doesnt get rid of all the spots either but it helps dry out your skin which means most of the spots dissapear.
