I have great difficulty gaining weight (i.e it seems I can't) despite several supplements, including a non sugar loaded weight gain that said I would put on 1KG a week if I took two shakes a day - I did 4 a day for 3 weeks and gained nothing. I did 2 pints of milk with three eggs in it a day for 3 weeks - gained nothing....even 2 KFC mini fillet burgers and a Zinger for lunch every day for 3 months did nothing to my weight, which doesn't sound normal! I used to train in the gym and get nowhere - just pathetic. I first used Dianabol in October. First course was 15mg a day, 100 tabs (weekends off). I didn't get anything out of it, so took a month off then did another 200, 25mg a day (weekends off) and worked harder in the gym. I went training three times a week for an hour a time, some free weights but mainly machines, and definetly noticed a change. Im still a lanky git but I suddenly had shoulders, biceps you could start to see and traps that made my back triangular, and could lift double what I could when I started. Definte improvement and felt so much better, actually wanted to go to the gym because I knew it was working. Work makes it hard to get time to train, so I took 2 months off (partly as advice for my liver?) and some of what I did has now gone (apparently common with Dianabol?). Im about to start again, and was happyish with Dianabol - noticeable change and no side effects. But would like to check I am using the best stuff for my needs...what about Andriol? I don't want to be Arnie, just gain about a stone of muscle and look good with my shirt off. I also have very skinny arms, which I want to fix. Any advice as to what I should do now appreciated, Im a relative novice |

If you still think you require gear and want to proceed you are better with something simple like a test/dbol cycle as dbol alone will make you drop the weight very quick when you come off as most of it will be mostly water retention. Try this - wk1-8 500mg test enth wk1-6 30mg dbol wk10 pct recovery This is a very basic cycle bro and will yeild good results if everything else is in place. |

| Banned Making Progress | i think opex has pretty much covered it. sounds like you need to completely rethink what is alot to eat, training and roids only work if you eat enough, with out the protein and carbs they'll both be ineffective and simply uping the dose or moveing to stronger steroids is no substitute for work. the hardest single thing in gaining muscle is getting the food down. if you are going to use dbol i would recommend anabol over naposim it gives better results in my opinion |

| Making Progress | you sound similar to me MBTD77. you might have a high metabolism and thus harder to gain. On the plus side, you wouldn't have as much bf to burn off. I trained for years intensely and if its one thing I've learned it to get ram food in. Its just a matter of habit. I still make this mistake. Its a lot easier to drink the cals rather than eat them in my opinion. For example, I take 70g of skimmed milk powder, 30g whey protein, banana and sometimes peanut butter and honey in a shake. It all blends up to about 2/3rds of a pint so you can sink it easy. Don't have the exact figures but you get about 50g protein, ?? carbs and maybe 600 kcals. This could be way off but I'll check it out when I go home and update the post. Eating is better, i'm sure but work commitments make it hard to do so and its tough to do it for years. There are a lot better shakes than mine I'm sure but its very easy to do. Cheers |
