can you do the same stack a couple of times or should you up it and/or change it around every time?

hiya sam, im no expert by any means mate but i can speak from personal experience n say for a time yes. after my first 9 wk cycle of sus deca n d/bol i got some good results so i gave it about 10 wks n repeated the same cycle at the same dosage. even tho weight wise the gains were less i got a lot stronger n in much better shape than before. i then tried a third time n even tho i made some progress i felt i was kinda goin through the motions a bit. since then ive tried other gear that is considdered less effective n got some good gains. im now repeatin my original cycle at a slightly higher dosage n im really pleased with how its goin. hope this is some help to u mate

Did you lose much between cycles gc?

Also is the time off suppossed to be
length of time on + pct
so for me that would be
10weeks (test shots) + 2 weeks (before pct) + 3 weeks (pct) = 15weeks

Is that right? :?

when using roids you willnot just continue to grow add infinitum, there is a limit to how big u will get just as there is when training natural.

whats importan is not upping the dose or changeing to another steroid as they are basically all the same, obviously the different esters effect how quick they work and there half lives. the important thing is to keep your protein and carbs high whilst on them that is what will effect how much of your potential you achive.

to be safe and keep possible sides to a minimum you shud spend as long off as on but the longer you stay off the more of your gains u will lose.

I agree with garrilla.

If you've found a good stack stick with it for a while before jacking up the dose and adding more steroids to the mix.

thats good news for me as the sides alough minor (shoulder acne, sleep probs) were anoying and i didn't really wanna increase them if i didn't have to

Yes good advice above - exhaust all possible methods of gaining before upping the dose.A good rule of thumb imo is keep cals high and train intensely and you should gain from the same cycle 2 or even 3 times.
