Default Water Retention.....

Hi
I'm on 6 weeks @ 30mg D'bol + 10 weeks test en 250mg. I'm into week 6 at tehn mo and have made great gains in strength + weight (23lb!!)
However I have really put on the fat (or is its just bloat?), gone from a 34/35" to a 37" waist and trousers don't fit any more. I have a fine one pack now

Would taking 20mg per day of Nolva fro the remaining 4/5 weeks reduce this water retention, or should I just wait til PCT stage??

Cos I'm, trying to bulk I don't wanna do any cardio

Any thoughts

I cant help you much m8 as im new to roids.Im doing 30mg of Dbol for 6 weeks and TEST Enanthate for 8 weeks 1 shot every 5 days of 250mg.
I took my first injection shot yesterday and started Dbol yesterday aswell, when do you start to notice the effects of what your taking ie sides and gains.
Keep at it m8 sounds like your doing well. im worried about the heart attack possibilities.

I'm no expert either but I do remember reading somewhere that taking nolva on cycle will keep water retention to a minimum. 10mg a day should be sufficient.
Your increase around the middle is likely to be bloat I would have thought.

Sounds similar to my cycle divie. Although I'm on 500mg pw test and not 250 as stated in my previous post.

Gains
====
I started noticing gains after about 3 days and after 2/3 it really started pilling on. I'm on a four day split so I body part per week. I increase either reps and/or the weight every week. I am taking about 300gs protein per day (150~ from shakes)

Side effects
=======
I started noticing (possible) gyno about week 3. Well it was more puffy nipples. Most guys here reckoned it was ok as long as they didn't get ichy nipples or small lumps, which I didn't. However being the Jessy that I am, I took nolva for about 6 days and it went. It hasn't come back either.

No roid rage at all, nice feeling of well being, although I reckon this could be attributed to the increase in size. No noticeable shrinking of the 'boys', No acne, no hairloss, some tiredness, no sickness or stomach cramps. Some wind at times. Little pain after injection. Not sure if the sides are exaggerated by some web sites or I'm just lucky.

PS: is there any reason as to why your doing 6 weeks or orals and only 8 weeks of injections @ 350mg pw (pro rata). As far as I can remember the 'average recommendation', by the guys here and other sites, for a first cycle is 4-6 weeks for orals with 8-10 weeks of inject.. I'm assuming that cos the oral is for a kickstart a combination of 4 weeks + 8 weeks (inject) or maybe 6 weeks orals with 10 weeks (absol max 12) test en is the norm.

Not sure :?

Yeah thats what I was thinking. Its not a problem really except I can't button any of my jeans up, :shock:

By the way, I forgot to say Divie, that loads of people have passed comments of how much I have grown. I just tell everybody that I pile in the calories and protein. Don't wanna mention that I'm on roids but this guy in work who I don't know said to me "Ah cycle is going well I see 8) " By the size of him he is obviously done some cycles himself

No fooling some people

It's good to hear your making good progress - keep it up!. But if your waist is ever expanding( I'm no expert )I would try and ensure it doesn't get any bigger, because it's gonna be no fun getting rid of the blubber.
I used to eat huge amounts of protein and I blew up in weight and fat and felt horrendous. Nowadays I've cut back on the protein (and overall calories) and feel much better and am growing better than ever too. To be honest 300- 400 gms of protein was just too much of an overkill as far as my body was concerned. I just eat a balanced meal when I'm hungry rather than force feeding mechanically 6-8 times a day.
Perphaps something to consider is, if the amount of protein( or other foods) u consume is causing an increase in the storage of bodyfat- then it would indicate that it is not needed.

This is where I get a little confused. I have always known about the bulk then cut cycle so I assume that this includes a gain of body fat also??

I have the type of physique whereby I will never gain huges amounts, and will never look like a BB. My metabolism is way too high so am forever on a bulking cycle. I am 6'3" and now weight 15st 7lb but when I was 21 I weighted just 11.5st or under. I can lose weight like a shot (rightly pisses my off)

I get envious of some of you guys here having a natural ability over me

Mind you the only advantage of being a skinny f#cker is than when you put on muscle you can actually look not too bad around the chest/shoulders cos of the curvature of the muscles.

A lot of guys reckon I should be a lot stronger than I am. You will never see me post on the strong man forum, ha ha. (Got depressed when I saw what Gary and others do on the shoulder press. I can only do 50kg, total, for seated dumbell presses for 10/11 reps ops: )

One other question

Now that I'm coming to the end of my Dbol how much of a slowdown should I expect in gains cos I'm on test only

the only person you shud compare yourself to is yourself bud, just aim to beat your own pb's you will get there but some of us have been at this along time and believe me i am only of average genetics so most of u will get to my level given time.

your gains will slow now your off the dbol, but you shudnt lose anything as your test levels shud be at max now.
