Default In Bits!!!

Can any body tell me why, after a cycle of sust and decca (12 weeks) about three weeks after stopping I get MAJOR muscle cramping after a work out? I can hardly move, any advise?

erm not sure mate. is this the 1st time its happend or have u experienced this b4 after a cycle?

U drinking enough water? warming up/stretching correctly?

Might be able 2 help more if u post up your training regime.
You might just need rest, hard to say without knowing how your training.

I only ever suffer cramps whilst using clen and its not that often or that bad to be honest

Someone said I might not be using enough clen after my cycle? Its all I can think of?
I had this problem after about five cycles now.
It's the same sort of pain as a new lifter would get after doing too much 1st time?
Stops me training for about three weeks?

How does your on-cyle routine compare to your off-cycle one? When I go off cycle I drop the volume to about 4 sets per body part for a while as my recovery powers are diminished.

Also try a hot bath to relax the muscles after a hard training session.

If you are using clen post cycle that is the reason.

Use 5g taurine/day and 1.5g potassium.
