I had this problem after about five cycles now. It's the same sort of pain as a new lifter would get after doing too much 1st time? Stops me training for about three weeks? |

When I go off cycle I drop the volume to about 4 sets per body part for a while as my recovery powers are diminished. Also try a hot bath to relax the muscles after a hard training session. ______________________ IronArena.com |
