what size needle for delts?

What size needle should i use for the delts, was guna shoot in the ass but cant find anyone to do it an i dont wanna bend over meself to shoot in the ass.

Hey dude

I started my 1st cycle about 5 weeks ago. Its not too bad jabing yourself in the ass. I thought it would be worse tbh

I'm certainly no expert but I just follow the procedures on www.spotinjections.com on advice from the guys on this board

PS it says on that site that

The smaller the gauge the larger the needle.

22 or 23 Gauge, 1.5 Inch is ideal for injections into the glutes.

25 Gauge, 1.0 inch is ideal for injections into the quads and can be used for all spot injections.

25 Gauge, 5/8 inch is often used for tricep/bicep/delts

1" 25g pins are perfect for delt shots.

Keep trying with the glute shots, it's a great area to shoot.

Quad shots seem to hurt a little with me and it takes ages to get the stuff in. dunno why :?
