Default Loss of appetite

I' just finishing week 3 on 30mg Dbol per day and 500mg Test en pw. The gain is fantastic with increases made every workout. No apparent side fects apart from slight puffy nipples but I'm really struggling to get get calories down my gob. I'm forcing it in but its getting tough.

Any suggestions anybody. I have even resorted to throwing a chicken breast into the blender for my shakes, lol

What about crash weight gainers? Any use in these situations?

Cheers

damn, chicken breats shakes...you may have just cornered a market there! try grazing throughout the day, just eat a little bit every couple hours. weight gainers are tough since they are thick as all hell, but they can get the calories and protein if you want to spend the bank. ive had the same problem but since i started my cycle ive found that i feel i cant eat enough, odd but thats what i think. spread the meals out. my tp and i work in a call center and people always walk by our desks and stare since theres usually a chicken half eaten, about a pound of egg salad, potato salad, hard boiled eggs and a couple jars of peanut butter on our desks.

Wouldn't try the chicken milkshakes for pleasure anyway 8) . They make me wanna puke but desperate measures eh?

I think your right, exactly. I just need to be more diligent about eating every few hours. Is peanut butter very fatty? I love it but though it was very high in saturated fat?

Just checked the price of the weight gainers. 20,000 calories per bag (Optimum Nutrition) 33. Food is probably cheaper.

cheers dude

peanut butter is great. you want to watch out for the sweetened ones though. like ones that have honey in them. you might not want the extra sugar. pb is very good though. i keep a jar at my desk and a spoon handy. i just eat it plain.

i've tried alot of different ways of getting the calories carbs and protein down and easily the most effective way i have found is by drinking them.

i cook a 1kg bag of rice and every 2 hrs liquidise 200 gms of it with water untill smooth then add some blackcurrent juice for taste its not bad and far easier than eating the same quantity of carbs

for protein i use 3 rounded desert spoons (25gms) of skimmed milk powder 200ml water and 6 raw egss liquidised, i know every time i mention this someone screems "salmonela" well i've been using raw eggs the last 3 yrs and never had a problem yet.

every rice drink shud give you 60gms carbs, 262 caolories and 5gms protein

each pro drink shud give you 13gms carbs, 580 calories and 51gms protein

so the two drinks togethere give u 73gms carbs, 842 calories and 56gms protein

or you could just double your protein shake mix, use 2% milk, add 1/4 cup of powdered milk and get pretty close to the same effect without eating raw eggs. that has to tast nasty!

eggs are a more complete protein than milk and the pwdered milk is to high in sugar in the form of lactose, raw eggs and milk dont taste to bad, better than alot of protein shakes i've tried

Hey,

My son calls me a freak when he sees me downing milk and eggs.
It's second nature to me after about 6 years though.

Compared to the Udo's choice Omega blend i have, eggs taste blooody lovely !
