Default Steroids for dieting

Hi guys,
I guess this has been answered before but I would like some opinions from you guys as to what course of action to take for dieting.

I am not dieting for a competition (yet) but I would like to drastically reduce my bodyfat within a 6 week time frame. I would like to loose approximately 2-3lbs a weekwhich I have no problem with but I don't want to lose any muscle. My diet is going to be a CCD (Cycle Carbing Diet).

What would you guys take, gear wise, to ensure no muscle mass is lost?

Hi mate,

First off dieting does not come from the steroids you take as you can believe it or not diet on any of them including anadrol.

Lossing fat is down to cardio and yout diet.

True there are steroids that cause less water retention and are prefered while on your diet - common drugs for this is tren,test prop,winstrol,anavar,masteron,primo,eq etc


I find test prop,tren and winstrol all work in synergy together but depending on your cycle experience will determine if you need that amount or not and the doses.


Items that do aid in fat loss are eph and clen (there is also t3 and dnp but i fell it is not needed and is too extreme for what you require)


Let me know your cycle experience and we can work from there with doses etc

what about HELIOS (Yohimbine 5,4mg+ clen 40mcg/each ml)?

i hear that it's for site injection and shifts the fat pretty quick does anyine know anything about this stuff?

My first cycle was a winny (tabs) only cycle.
I took approximately 8 5mg tabs a day over a 5 week period. I went from around 15 stone up to 16 stone.

My second cycle consisted of the same winny dose with a about 4 dbol tabs a day for around the same period 5 weeks. I gained went from around 16 stone up to 17 stone. Now I fluctuate between 16.517 stone depending on how many carbs I have eaten!

So, basically, that is my cycle experience! Not much but it's a start!!

I would like to keep it as simple as possible for the longest time possible!

Sam - yeah helios may be a good item which i am going to try myself soon.


jamo - Ok mate a simple cycle like this will hold your muscle well and maybe add a few lean lbs of muscle -


wk1-8 100mg test prop eod
wk1-8 75mg tren eod
wk1-8 eca for 2weeks,clen for 2 weeks and cycle like that.
wk1-8 t3 optional (if you feel u can handle the comitment of the accurate dosing let me know and i will put up a good safe t3 cycle)
wk9 - pct


The tren and prop can be taken in one shot ie 2ml

Now as i say key to cutting is diet and cardio so remember to take high protein,low carbs and med fats comming mostly from efa's such as olive oil,flax seed,natural peanut butter etc (norm fats take care of themselves but adding more efas such as flax seed aids fat loss also and is good from the brain etc


Cardio - best time to do this for max fat burning is first thing in the morn on an empty stomach with an eph taken 30-45mins before hand.
Second best time is directly after your weight training.

At both these times 20-30mins cardio is plenty 3-4 times a week.
