Good luck mate

If its from tren then its progesterone related, aromatase inhibitors such as prov and adex will prevent aromatsing steroids converting to estrogen. This lowers the chance of gyno occuring. Progesterone only acts in the presense of sufficient estrogen. However in this case it appears that gyno has occured already. If it is progesterone related then AI's wont do anything to combat it. Personally i think bromocriptine or dostinex is the best bet as they both tackle progesterone related sides.

please read -

Use with non-aromatising steroids
If progesterone requires oestrogen presence to activate it, then one method of avoiding this would be to use the progestins in stacks with non-aromatising steroids. Amazingly heavy androgenic steroids like Anadrol and Trenbolone are exceptionally mild and safe with regard to female characteristics when used in conjunction with non-aromatising steroids like Primobolan or Winstrol. This is great news for the gyno-prone individual who has previously avoided these stronger steroids for fear of gyno development. A simple stack of Anadrol and Primobolan will go along way to packing on some serious mass without the worry of developing gyno.

Competitive Aromatase Inhibitors
If aromatising steroids are to be included in the stack with progestagenic steroids, then the concurrent use of Competitive Aromatase Inhibitors, like Arimidex or Proviron, would also seem a sensible option. These can be incorporated to keep oestrogen levels low and avoid the activation of the progesterone. Although they will not help with already developed progesterone induced gyno, they can certainly be employed to avoid its development. As usual, the amount of aromatase inhibitor required increases with increasing dose of aromatising steroids used, but the best dose is still the minimum amount that can be got away with to produce the desired effect.

summed up, normal anti e's like nolva will not work so you either have to use strong androgens or use priviron or arimidex

also ......

It depends what side effects you are refering to, if it is the libido issue then adding Test is a good cure or Proviron.
If it is the gyno side then an aromatase inhibitor like Arimidex or Proviron etc is the best defence, by keeping estrogen levels from elevating you make the progesterone element safe or inert if you like...............

Bigfella.

I competely agree with everything in this artilcle above^^ .

It depends whether we are talking about preventing progesterone induced gyno or treating progesterone induced gyno. If preventing then I agree AIs are the way to go. However if your trying to reduce the lump AIs won't do anything, the article you posted backs this up

My understanding is that Aormatase Inhibitors (like Prov and Adex) will prevent progesteronic gyno but once it has occured it can only be effectively treated with cabergoline or bromo.

Hello mate - it sounds like you have the early stages going on - you can take 20 - 40 mg of nolva ed and this should clear it up.
Nolvadex basically blocks estrogen from estrogen receptors.
