yeah...most of my stories start out like..."there was this one time in (applicable country) when we were hammered on (applicable liquor) and picked up those (insert number) chicks..." i had good times.

I've tried melatonin and valerian but nothing compares to Valium! Talk about a great nights sleep....

The sugar and caffeine in the coke would keep you up and the alcohol in it would effect your sleeping patterns so I wouldn't recommend that.

nytol works for me and now i sleep like a baby with out it and im on tren.
