bump garry, the sust 250 i used last cycle was the same way, some were harder to open though, might want to score it at the skinniest part if it doesnt go easy, i know i crushed a couple trying to open them...guess im just too manly!

on the thinest part of the amp there is a blue dot place your thumb over the dot and snap the top away from you they are designed to open only in this direction. if you do this right the top snaps off easily and cleanly no problem.

did a first injection yesterday. If anybodys information, if you look closely at the schering testoviron bottle there is a score mark on the glass at the thinnest part of the amp. Snaps off easy enough.

Actually when I saw the 1.5 inch needle I though, "bugger this is gonna hurt". Slight discomfort but no probs at all.
