I agree rec drugs and bodybuilding dont exactly go hand in hand but it happens even at the highest levels. I heard from various different sources that rec drug use is common amoungst some of the pros.

you cant always believe what you hear though, i heard all brits were rude and have bad teeth...well, youre not rude!!! havent seen any pics of teeth yet though!

last year i managed to convince the doctor to give me a blood test to check my test levels-they came back normal(i must find out specifically what thay were)seein` that i smoke quite alot of puff this surprised me-(anyone who thinks i`m boasting is way off)peeps whos smoke alot dont get the munchies very often so i dont think thats particularly valid either.a rollup seems like a waste of time so i never willingly smoke one- ops: really must think about knocking it on the head one day.....did someone mention amsterdam!!! :twisted: :P

Its never been a big part of my life at all.

To be honest i have awful experiences with weed, like i can't handle it and whitey very early (and have had some bad experiences as a teen when i'm in a group of people who can take it and i can't.)

However, recently, and very occassionally i might share a spliff with my friend poom, but we're talking like 5 or 6 puffs, and i'll sleep super nice and its a good little comfort/luxury.

I'm not sure of the point of it to eat more, it just causes carb cravings. i really think this 'hard to eat' thing is nonsense

i can have a whitey on alcohol with only 4 pints never could build up a tolerance-(tried hard as a teen).

interesting thread. as far as weed goes, i used to smoke a lot whilst at uni. on the nights we didnt go out on the piss we used to stay in and smoke. we had sum great nightsand used to get the munchies unbelievablly. a group of 4 of us would all chip in a tenner each and go to the shops and get munch!! mostly it would be shitty 'treat' food like chocolate, milkshakes, crisps etc etc but occasionally we would get some decdent grub. it was great for getting those extra caleries in as id usualy hit the gym beforehand to stop the guilt. i rarely smoke it now as im living back at home.. i think a few spliffs here and there is harmless tho and in my opinion definately good 4 the appetite.

as far as E and coke go, iv been indulging a little bit too much over recent wkends and going to clubs like egg, the cross and warehouse on all night benders. it has to be said, you cant beat a good night on the beans. but the comedowns are horrible! some of you guys mentioned depression before from E. i dont want any of that! tyhe guys that mentioned this - do you regret ever doing E then, or do u just accept that you enjoyed your experiences on it and wouldnt go back. i dont intend to be a mashead but do indulge on occasions. should i knock this on the head?

As far as BB and class a's go - i agree they are very detrimental to training and weight gain. and the theory about lifestyle choices is spot on - although i do indulge ever 1nce in a while myself.
